MOQU will tell you all about the potential of this method of fermenting: kimchi(fy).
Hosted in the cosy Het Café in Het Duurzame Warenhuis, we'll spend 3 hours packed with theory, hands-on fermenting, and a delicious meal to finish the night.

Anything that you kimchify is packed with nutrition, flavour, and gives a second life to your leftover vegetables. You will learn to make your own nutritious flavor bombs, without the danger of explosion.

Workshops are given in a combination of English and Dutch.
